Indane Gas IOCL
Gas Cylinder leakage

Sir,

I had purchased gas cylinder on dated 26/07 order no. 7053 customer no. 25085 and name Gunwant tapase Bill no. 7054 from vimal gas services nagpur and from two days it was observed that cylinder is leakage and it increases day by day. Therefore i tried to contact him on nos. 0712-2524392, 2544247 and emergency no as well as customer care no. 9326390794 and 0712-2437107 so many times but there was no response even some nos found not existing i.e emergency this is situation

then please tell me how the customer has to approach to get the complaint rectify. If any major circumtances occured then who will be responsible for the same??? / If will apporach to consumer forem if it has not be solved within 24 hrs and expecting action on the services. That vimal gas has to take care of customer problems. How can that hopeless / dormant fellow will drive this services??? / why not the indane gas IOCL will sack to that services??? //
