Non supply of cylinders

Sir, I booked to refill cylinder with Laxmi Gas Agency, Etawah 10 days before but so far no delivery of cylinder to me. It is causing dhardship to me. Inspite of repeatedly phoning to agency, they are not paying attention. How to make them work properly is a matter of concern. Pl help. My consumer no. is 27951 with Laxmi gas Agency Etawah (An Indane gas distributer).
