Indane/Kishor Krishna Indane
Non-delivery of refilled cylnde

I'm an Indane domestic customer with my consumer no. 971. My distributor is Kishor Krishna Indane (Ph. 033 28287359). I've booked for refilled cylinder on 30/01 but it is not delivered so far. I had lodged a complain (# 296038) on 14/02, still the problem is not resolved. I'm trying to contact my distributor over phone day after day, but in vain. As a consumer I've the right as applicable. I want necessary action against this issue including its early resolution.
