To whom so ever it may concern

Dear sir/mam

I have a connection no.s 16135 that have been booked at 26th of June but I did not receive the cylinder after than I went to the gas agency again and told them about the problem at 17th of July and also get a reminder date on the slip. After it I again submitted a complaint regarding non delivery of gas to shyam gas service at 23rd of July. Till date the same is not delivered to me. So my kind request from you is to do something much against this problem. I would always be very grateful to you.
