No response from Emergency Cell

I am the consumer of Sukh Dham Gas Service, Lawrence Road, Delhi. Today morning, 15.8. we had connected new refill, immediately gas started leaking and there was strong smell. We tried to contact Emergency Service Cell Nos.23841235/23846584. After trying for about 3-4 hours, somebody picked up and gave Mobile No. of their Mechanic (Kishan) whose number (9899612364) was also connected after lot of efforts and that Mechanic very bluntly told that he was out of station and we should again contact 23841235/23846584 which we could not.

WHAT TYPE OF THIS EMERGENCY SERVICE IS?

WE TRIED A LOT TO CONTACT OUR AREA OFFICER AND AFTER LOT OF EFFORTS WE COULD CONTACT HER.

There should be some foolproof arrangement for such emergency service.
