Supply Delay more than one month

Dear Sir/Mam,

My Indane Cylinder number is 41079. Recently I have changed my connection from Maruthi Agency-Thirumangalam to MV Enterprises- Avadi. After the changing, I got the first Cylinder with in 10 days. Now 2nd time I have booked. They have committed that I can receive the cylinder with in 10 days. But the Cylinder was not delivered after more than one month also. When ever I contact to them, they have told with in one or two days the Cylinder will come. But today (04/10/10), they have told that the booking was cancelled due to door lock. But non of the delivery person has came. Always somebody will be available in my house. What can be the solution for this. Is it possible to make aware to the concern persons?
