Non supply of gas cylinder on time

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Dr. Ravindra Singh, a customer of Indane (customer no. 41312). I have booked my gas at Veer Shiv Gas Agency, Jodhpur on 07.02, 11, but not received the gas cylender till today. I also contacted to the agency regarding the isuue but unfortunately, their response was very negative. they told that we have given the supply order to the concerned distributing person and our job is over. now you go and contact the distributing person.

I am trying to contact the distributer but he is not picking-up the call. Now I am helpless and seeking your needful action at the earliest.
