Delay in cylinder distribution

My name is Sunil. I had booked for the recharge of Indane Lpg gas in Ajitha Gas Agency, Villivakkam

Chennai-49.(code-5527500), I booked on 25th February. but they haven't delivered the cylinder despite my repeated requests. I once again went to the agency today (29-3)... but the staff misbehaved with me. What should I do to get my cylinder..?
