Delivering damage, old & expiery cylinde

Sir,

I am a customer of' 'Gopal Gas Service (Indane Distributors)' located at Budge Budge Trunk Road, Mahestala, Dakghar, Dist 24 Parganas (S). Recently they delivering very old damaged cylinder with leakage. When I refused to accept such cylinder the delivery boy abused us, same complain I did to the distributer but received rude behaviour from there. These leakage cylinders can occur accident at any time which is dangerous for life of my family members. So, it is requested that proper instructions & guidelines may please be issue to them for running the distributorship.
