Refund Delay

Dear Sir,

It is regretted to say that besides of my several reminders and no. of request, there is neither any reply nor any refund of cancellation ticket till date.

I have book the Air India (IC) Online Booking ticket through the www.indian-airlines.org website dated on 6 OCT from Hyderabad to delhi for which the date of travelling is 20 DEC and do the cancellation for the same on 01 DEC. The ticket is book in the name of Priya chaurasia. The ticker PNR No. is RNB8A3 and Order No. is 602091001120 with total fare Rs. 4929. But Neither, Indian airline have refund the money nor they have given me any feedback of Now, I am fed up too, sufficient time given to them, but till date Indian airline have not given me a refund of cancellation ticket.
