Refund Delay

I have booked three return air tickets from kochi to doha, as the airline has no return to kochi on the mentioned date of 27/5/09 (i remember the date is that itself.), so we took ticket for another airline and returned. i returned tha tticket to akbar travels on 25th september and till this minute they are blaming the air india for refund delay... what should i do?
