REFUND NOT RECIEVED

I Palnati Jawahar babu have booked flight IC915 from hyderabad to Banglore on 11-05 at 7.30Hrs. through Makemytrip.com

the flight tookoff about 2Hrs delayed and after about 0.30 Hrs in flight developed some technical problems and was returned to hyderabad. I was supposed to reach Banglore by 10.30Hrs. I approached the IndianoAirlines counter at Shamshabad Airport and requested for cancellation of the ticked and full refund of the amount, which they endorsed on the ticked and said the amount would be refunded within 45 days to the bank from where the booking was made. Today is 09-09 and i did not recieve any refund to my bank

I request to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest for which act of kindness i will be grateful.
