Delay in refund of ticket for cancelled flight

Sir,

i had a confirmed ticket for travel on air India Flight no AI 472 on 05 mar 12 from jodhpur to Delhi. the subject flight was cancelled by airlines due to bad weather and i was promised that the refund of online tickets will be done with in 03 days..

the refund was not processed for more than 10 days, on enquiry to customer care i was informed it will be done in 15 days from date of journey.

the refund was not processed even after30 days... i spoke to the customer care.. they diverted me to e-commerce of air India for getting the reply... they kept informing that the refund will be actioned in 4 to 5 days...

my e ticket no is 0982102954545. its almost 50 days since still i haven't received my refund...
