Unsafe coaches

I freqently travel by train no 12677/12678 from bangalore and viceversa. We are charged superfast charges but the coaches are unsafe to travel and does not have the basic amenities like water. Also so many time I requested the Commercial manager office to atleast two second sleeper coaches Earlier the coaches were provided in this train which was very convinient for senior citizen who has travel more than 12 hrs from bangalore to ernakulam.By sitting for such long distance the legs get swollen and unable to walk on reaching the destination. Please provide the sleeper coaches on warfooting to facilitate the SENIOR CITIZENS. On return to Bangalore the train reaches more than 30 to 45 minutes late on almost all the days for which the railway charges super surcharges. Please provide sleeper coavhes and also replace the coaches with newone for the money we are paying.
