Repeated delay in supply of gas cylinder

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Vinay Indane, Indian (Adhoc), Gajanan Maharaj Road,

Gajanan Complex, Shop No.05, Garkheda, Aurangabad. (Maharashtra) 0240-2453056, 2442756

I have done booking of gas cylinder on 06-01, but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to agency but they not attending my phone till today morning & told that your house door is closed when delivery boy reach at you home. But this is not correct, no one came to my house.

The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience. That guys are more arrogantly treated with customer.

Also note that they don't bother about this complains & they told go where you want.

I hope that any one should take action against this agency holder.
