Non delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

I am customer of Indian Oil corporation limited from 20 years residing in Dami Tola gaya (Bihar), and I have faced the problem of non-delivery of gas refill many times but this time it have really disappointed me very much from its service. I have booked for refillement of my gas cylinder in the month of december dated 05-12 bearing order no.501 and consumer no. PG 3286 but till today date i havent get my refilled gas cylinder. And when i asked from vendor of our agenies they ask about extra money and they will give us refilled cylinder in Rs.500.This happened many times this time it is untolerable and unbearable.

I have put my problem infront of You with hope of getting solution as soon as possible.
