Petrol Quantity

I had gone to an Indian Oil petrol pump on Residency road, Sadar, Nagpur to fill petrol in my bike. I asked the attendant to fill petrol of Rs.100/- in my bike. He stopped the count at Rs.99.63/- & took Rs.100/- from me. When I told him to fill the remaining quantity he gave an excuse that the machine is not working & cannot be set to a particular figure. I insisted him to either fill me Rs.100/- petrol or give me the remaining amount back. He started abusing me. So I want to bring it in your notice that almost all petrol pumps in Nagpur city are using the same tactic & the valuable money of us consumers is being theft. I request you to take immediate action against such people.
