Gas cylinder leakage

My LPG cylinder is leaking its pin is loose and has got displaced. First day i told the problem to the person who delivers cylinder at home but he refused to repair. The next day i took the cylinder to Joti gas agency, one of the employee tried to repair it but he failed and then he ask me to come the next day for replacement. The next day your employee refused to replace it and by adjusting the pin temporarily by his pen he said that it has been repaired.

When i came home and opened the cap of cylinder, the gas started leaking with great pressure. Some how i able to put the cap back on the cylinder. For now i have kept the cylinder outside my room. It was a narrow escape, the cylinder might could have burst or anything worst could have happen. So you are requested to look the problem i am having with my cylinder.
