Regarding non availabilty of DBC Cylinde

Respected Indian Oil Consumer DBC Incharge officer,

Sir,

I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation of vikramaditya gas agency, Agra. My consumer No. is VG 2218. The above said agency has issued a DBC slip on dated 24th July. My slip No. was 3718219 . I met an Indian OIL Corporation Agra Field Officer Mr. Rajesh Singhal and he told me that you should go to the vikramaditya gas agency, Agra and tell him about myself. But as soon as I went in the vikramaditya gas agency, Agra, the manager and staff said that there is no any vacant cylinder in the agency . everyday I met to the agency manager but he always tell me lie that there is no any cylinder. On dated 25th February an Indian OIL Corporation Agra Officer Mr. R.C.Madda order to the vikramaditya gas agency, Agra for getting the DBC connection against slip No.3718219. Therefore, Please help me for getting the DBC cylinder from vikramaditya gas agency, Agra.
