On behalf of the General Seretary, Jagjeet Nagar Jan Kalyan Sewa Sangh, Jageet Nagar, Dehi-110 053 (Mobile No.9868281112), I am to draw your kind attention about the poor online performance for booking of on line gas service. Almost the consumers of the area have badly suffered from your poor online service, there are two examples:-
1- Name: Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma.

2- Consumer No. 8366.
3- Date of Booking 4.2.2010.
4- Result:- No one has supplied him the Gas Cylinder.
5- Name of the Agency:- M/s Payal Gas Agency.

1- Name:- Sh. Neeraj Choudhry.
2- Consumer No.:- 21538.
3- Date of Booking:- 9.2.2010 (But collected from the agency
Personally on 16.02.2010).
4- Name of the Agency:- M/s Payal Gas Agency.
Except this there are several consumers who are badly suffering from your online poor performance. It is pertinent to mention here that after confirmation from the agency, they have clarified that there is no on line booking in favor of the above consumers.
Please look into the matter the matter and issue necessary direction and take prompt measure to give relief the consumer.
