Non delivering of Gas refill

Dear Sir

Myself Manohar Lal having your consumer No. 4143 in Sunam Gas service Sunam Distt. Sangrur. I have booked my gas refill as on 14/04 today is 23/04 but till date i have not received my Gas refill by giving the many phone calls to the Local office of the agency and personally visit many times to the office.

Kindly send my gas refill with in 24 hours...

Kindly solve my Query and take some action against the Agency...
