LOSS OF DEPOSIT RECEIPT ISSUED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING GAS CONNECTION - OBTENTION OF DUPLICATE - PROCEDURE

I have lost the Gas Connection Caution Deposit Receipt issued to me at the time of booking the connection - IOCL - Indane Gas. I have approached the Gas Agency, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad for letting know the procedure there of for obtention of the duplicate receipt. I was not given proper reply / procedure for the indemnity execution.

Please guide in resolving my issue.
