Non delevery of gas cylende

I am a complainant of Domestic gas service My service provider is DEV INDRAS of INDION OIL CORPORATION . I had book my gas on 13 January and I got booking # 4404 but till today I could not get my refill cylinder. It is not first time of delayed service Its became habit of Dev Indras, during this period of time have given many reminders to him but I could not get my refill, therefore this complaint is filing before you. kindly do requisite action against him. Thanking you.
