Sir,

I, s.k.thakur consumer no- 18389 went to agarwal gas agency kadma, jamshedpur to book my

gas. But the person in counter told me that you can't book right now since the gap of 21 day has not been completed till now. But i have to say that I have been delivered the previous booking more than one month. Every booking and delivery is mentioned on my consumer book. Although i havn"t booked recently then you please enquire who booked againt me and on dated 14/08 and taken the delivery? The owner of the gas agency misbehaved with me when i approached to him regarding this. He retorted you can go anywhere wherever you would like. This type of negligency and arrogant behaviour has caused major inconvenience to me.so you please look into the matter and do the needful.
