LPG gas cylinder not delivered in time, rude behaviou

I am customer of INDANE gas service M/s Binod gas Agency, sindri, Dhanbad my consumer no. is 23816 having double cylinder connection.

Istead of my repeated request for refill of LPG cylinder from last 25 days

they are not paying any heed. Kindly suggest what to do.
