Delay in supply of cylinde

Dear Sir,

Wit lot of regret and past experience, I writing this complaint, I'm 83 year old Retired Sr. Govt Officioal,

We have gas connection from Rakant Enterprises situated at Patel Nagar New Delhi.

I every time either they do not supply cylinder on time further cylinder weight is also not accurate.

common execuse was short supply of cylinder from company. In many occassion they do not register the booking of cylinder for more than 15 day of delivery whre as my family is joint family and consumption is high due to 8 members in the family.

Request you to take up case with the higher authorities.
