Indian Oil LPG
Delay in Refill

Dear sir,

please look on bellow importent matter and take immideate action as soon as posible.

i am one customer for indian oil LPG we have one agency in our area it named M/S PANAKKEL GAS AGENCY. we have problem in delivery in refill of LPG.some costomer of this agency "(if their friends or thier family) they deliver refill cylider same date or as soon as posible but some other customer who is not thier frind or relateves they take more than 40 day. if we complaints to the AGENCY they will say go and complain indian oil coperation or other place.for me i booked my refill cylender on 5th MARCH1still i did not get the refill cylender.and we discussed with area sale manager (Mr. MARKOSE) thier is no replay for this mater.
