Delay in supply

Dear Sir/ Madam

this is my second complaints through this forum, regarding delay in supply of LPG cylinder by agency. I am a regular consumer of Indian oil LPG distributor M/s Mamta Gas Service, vide consumer no-MG 27946 at Kanpur. I had made a booking for refilling of LPG cylinder to my LPG distributor Mamta Gas Service on 16-07. I was asked that refilling cylinder will be delivered with in 7 days from the date of booking. But it is yet to be delivered.

This thing happened in each and every booking, also this agency books new cylinder only after 21 day's of delivery, after booking every time he deliver the cylinder after 20 to 25 day's in average, now I request to the concerning authority to take necessary action. Detail of agency is as under.
