15 days delay in gas supply

15 Days let delivery a gas cylinder from date of booking. As per company rule a consumer should booked next cylinder after 21 days from receipt date that means a consumer will be get a cylinder in 35-40 days and our consumption of one cylinder is coming approx 20 to 25 days.
