Cheating customers

I am a resident of Kaushambi and go for a petrol refill at the IOCL outlet at Maharjpur border near Anand Vihar ISBT. They fleece the customers by a unique modus operandi. I told them to fill up for 1000 rupees('hazar rupye') meanwhile a guy blocked my view by asking me if I wanted the bill, wanted credit card payment etc and a decond operator told me it was done. Amazed I turned back and saw the meter indiacting 200 rupees and I ask him that I said hundred('hazar not do sau') They both apologize and fill up for Rs800. When I went away from the station I realized that I had been looted of 200 rupees. And after this also the same thing happened that they put 200 on the meter and I stopped them midway by shouting out loud at which point of time they brush it apart. I asked to see the manager when I went on November 21 they told me he was on leave. It seems that they run a well planned racket and fleece customers regularly. It is essential such malpractices be stopped.
