Dear Sir /madam,

I had couriered my goods from trivendram to ahmedabad. I had tracked my good till mumbai . when i asked about about it, they told its been lost at mumbai office. RECEIPT NO/ TRACKING NO: EL068713680IN.

what should i do. Or what action i can take to get back my courier.
