Spoiled food in Rajdhani Exp

I was traveling in AC 2 tier of Rajdhani Exp. # 2494 from H. Nizamuddin to Bangalore on 11th Apr on 12th night we were supplied Chapati/Paratha made of spoiled wheat floor & out dated curd in Dinner. When I have tried to complain to their pantry supervisor, he started asking sorry and was not willing to bring Complaint book saying that it has not been issued to them. When we tried to call Pantry Manager Mr. Sandip, he was reluctant to come and meet us and avoided to meet us. This shows that IRCTC does not have any control on their staff and they have a nexus with the contractors and accept low quality food from contractors. This corruption should be stopped immediately to save the health and hard earned money of passengers. Hope some action will be taken to avoid such incidents.
