Egarding maintenance of sleeper coach

I Manish Kumar was travelling by Seemanchal Exp. on 25th of Feb 12, S-4 coach, the no. of which was 99246. It is very much dissapointing that there was no water supply in any of the toilets. and their condition of cleanliness was so poor that one wuld hardly like to enter it. There was no flush either.

The window glass panes were not available. So in winter season, how cold th night would be for the passengers.

Hope the same mentioned above is looked into seriously and action be taken against those who are responsible.
