Train Ticket

My son Tarun Kumar age-17 was travling from Ajmer to Udaipur in the intercity. The seat No was 22 in coach D-1 with e ticket PNR No. is 2649613637 on 19-05.He show his driving license as ID proof. The TTE was telling the driving license is fraude and he treat as a without ticket and TTE charge a panelty of Rs.350.

Please help me.
