Booking of ticket

Sir, In distric basti the Train booking clerk and some dajal torcher pasengers. When you go to the windo for booking of train the clerk avoid you the normal reservation .some time he walked, drink water, read news paper etc .when the pasenger ask why you not do work then clerk fight and gave some gali too.

when you go and want a tatkal ticket then no chance to get ticket beacouse no of dalal make line at night 2 pm .and meet the the booking clerk .and got all ticket in this proces the booking clerk take per ticket 200=00 to the dalal to . when you got a ticket the booking clerk return less amount .and if you ask this reasion he said to change some rupee . in railway plateform no of chain snaker, pick pokting with the help of booking clerk and G.R.P too
