Bike booked not received till date

Dear sir,

It is to inform you that I have booked my hero honda CBZ bike from Jharsuguda JSG (orissa) station for bhopal BPL on 30.01.2010.It was suppose to reach bhopal on 04.02.2010 through puri jodhpur express (since it is the only direct train from JSG to BPL). Bike was loaded in train on 03.02.2010 from jharsuguda. But due to carelessness of railway dept. they sealed the parcle boggi for jodhpur JU.Due to parcle officer did not opned the seal of boggi and the bike carry overd to JU.

I asked railway parcle dept. of bhopal to confirm me about exact position of bike, but the typical sarkari officer said that "we have passed the information to Jhodpur, we will inform you when we will get the details."

Although he has taken my ph no., but he denied to give his no. He said it is his personel no and sarkari phone is not working.

Till today i have not received my bike.

Please help to locate if you can.
