Misbehave & mis management by Ticket teele

My parents traveling by train no 9565 Uttaranchal Express from Rajkot to Roorkee with reservation of RAC Ticket in S2 31 & 31 & 39 PNr No. 8526762097 date 19- march time 1:00 PM on rajkot station, while Boarding in train TT misbehave with them for seat and place another passanger on the same seat without any reason (may be TT taken money from other passanger) and when my parents objected the TT misbehave with seniour citizens. My parents havea very suffering travel. and taken a very bad experience of the Indian Railways.
Please the needfull punishment to the TT who must have to learn a strong lesson.
