Mismanagement

I was travelling with my family from delhi to bandra by dehradun express in coach S1 PNR 2530492393 in my coach instead 72 people there were 250 people and there was no palce to move and breathe. I have no idea how this could happen when I have got reserved ticket. I spoke to ticket attendent and he said he cannot do anything. I am really unhappy with such a mismangement and tried to ring minstry of railway and there was no reply. I don't where do we stand.

Please reply me If there is any answer for this mismangement.
