Horrible condition of cleaniness in caches

Dear Sir,

I hereby, bring to your kind attention that AC-2 coaches are horrible in Provotor Samprak Kranti Express (2501). Cockroaches and mice move about freely in the coaches. Toilet is not cleaned and smells so badly that it is not cleaned since a long back. Is RAILWAYS so inefficient that it cannot arrange for cleanliness & hygiene at least in AC coaches? Also, I would like to tell u that birth lights are not in working condition in AC-2 coaches. Will u please arrange 4 it and oblige your customers?
