firstly let me introduce myself i am siddharth saxena lives in 36' new m.l.a colony jwahar chowk bhopal (m.p).i made my ticket deposit receipt on the date: 18.08.2011 and my date of journey is-10.08.2011 from bhopal to bilaspure by the train number-18238 pnr-265289240 and i was wait from six month beside this there is no refund of my complaint further the bhopal station staff did very unprofessionally and rude behaviour they didn't give a response and even a complaint book so, please take some action on this and fast response on my tdr refund.my tdr information is given below:-
