TTR not working as per the guidelines

HI,

My mom and relatives had to travel from Shirdi to B'lore on 28 April, Saturday and the status of their booking was Waiting list 26, 28, 29. After Sholapur station, in the night my mom saw TTR accepting a bottle from the person and a conversation was happening bw passenger and TTR and after sometime he was given a berth and during the coonversation my mom and relatives heard them mentioning about WL 56.Since, it was only ladies who were travelling no one could do anything at that momemt. Instead of giving prefernces to senior citizens and to the waiting list number, preference was given that passenger who had offered TTR a drink.
