TTR wrongly talked with me in Train, i want immediate action

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Geetha Mayilsamy.i am working as a Software Engineer in Solverminds Solutions and Technologies at Chennai. I want compliant about railway Department. Actually i have booked the ticket through IRCTC, 15th night in Anathapuri Express, This train starting station and time is TRIVANDRUM CNTL, 16.20 PM on 15.01.2009.But this train was arrived for Dindigul at 12.20 AM (15.01.2009). I called Thursday afternoon (15.01.2009) to *139 to know about my PNR status, after that i got the information my ticket is confirmed, Coach No S9, 66.i went to Dindigul railway station on 15.01.2009 night, .My train time is 15.01. 12.20 AM, but i called *139 Thursday afternoon 2 Clock on 15.01.2009t to know about my PNR status, why that time the enquiry man told about the PNR Status is confirmed. On 16.01. 12.20 AM, im in Anathpuri Express, that time TTR told me this is not for 16.01.2009 ticket, i told him now only i checked PNR Status in Dindigul Station, why its showed Confirmed, it will display like Expired know. After that TTR asked Rs.600, after that only you can sit near with bath room in train. As im lady how can i sit near bath room even if i payed Rs.600, after that TTR told me you cant able to pay mean you will get down in Trichy like that he told. How can i get down at night 2.30 and also he talked with me very wrongly.i want immediate action should be taken in respect of TTR.Because that day its very horrible in my life.
