I had booked two tickets in Satabadi Train form VADODRA to MUMBAI. One ticket got confirmed and another onw was didn’t. So we have cancelled the plans and didn’d Board in the Train.

I have filed a TDR application on 13th Feb. I called many time to customer care number and write many emails to them. But response is very poor. Still i m waiting for the refund money.

Not sure where and to whom we can raise this issue. Please advise if you can provide any esclation number ot email ids.
