I hv not yet received my Refund till today, as I didnot know the procedure how to file TDR for my
eticket at that time. I went to Surat station for my refund, the person at the booking counter said
that my refund will be done automatically as I am holding WL eticket.
MY WL eticket from SURAT TO BORIVALI PNR # 8320829169, DATE OF BOARDING 17-05.
Transaction ID # 0048566837 date of booking is 15-05.
kindly show my status where do i stand, when will i receive my money.
