Extra Ticket

Last week when i want to go to Aligarh by Neelanchal express, general ticket vending person refused to give me the ticket to Aligarh and told me there is no train to Aligarh. Again i had to stand in the que for customer care and he asked me to take ticket upto Kanpur when the train stops at Aligarh. I had to pay almost double of the actual ticket fare.
