Twice Payment for booking of one No. Ticket

On 17/02 I have booked e-ticket from Surat to Andheri for 29/02 by LOK SHAKTI EXP Train No: 19144 Pnr Number: 8200096742 Transaction ID: 0458308426 but on checking i found that Rs 280/-(270 10) has been debited twice to my account against booked ticket. The amount debited in my Bank Of India A/c

So kindly refund me back the excess amount of Rs.270/- excluding bank charges of Rs.10.
