Disgutted with service

I was travelling from vijayawada to hyderabd last night ie.., on 18th April. Boarded Vishaka expresses Coach S8. Entering into the train I felt disguting Toilet smell. Complained it to TTR. Guess what his response was " NO RUNNING WATER IN THE TOILETS". What a shame. Many elderly people, parents with little kids suffered to the core. Do we people in this country ever fulfill the dream of having an 'awesome' journey in public transport?

Like in the US we do need to right to non payment of taxes. Atleast then this government gets scared and does the work properly. HOPE is the last thing to loose. GOD Bless and saves this country.
