Amneties and Cleanliness

Currently i was travelling in Karnatka Sampark Kranthi express in AC first class from Delhi to Hyderabad. My PNR number is 2235001745. The compartment is like a general compartment with dirt around everywhere toren blankets and dust on the seats and very bad position of the coach. The blankets are used ones.

When i insisted for a complaint book neither the TTE or the coach attendedant gave me but just said ok.

Let railways be privatized if they cannot hanle these compartment amneties.

Very bad and i am very disappointed and would not prefer traveling again.

Request the authorities to act immediately.

I even have photographs taken of the same.
