Complaint: The berth and surrounding areas were very unclean, the pouch had filth in it

Train No. 6202 Bangalore Express
Seat No. C1-33
Complaints: a) The ticket stated that C1-33 was a window seat, but the marking in the bogie said differently (34 as window seat)!
b) One of the Toilets had a dirty soap dispenser which was not working
Request the authorities to keep the railways spic and span for the commuters. Hope you could fine those commuters who do not upkeep their end of the responsibility...
