In the 2AC of the train 2509 Guwahati Express, Which started on 7th October The Bedsheets and the blankets which were provided were dirty and unwashed. This are part of the services which the railways promises to provide in AC coaches. Who is responsible for this? Definitely not mamata banarjee we know for sure.
